Buying a home is one of the most emotional and transformative moments in a person’s life. It marks the beginning of a completely new chapter for the future. That is why, alongside creating high-quality development projects, our goal is to build a strong neighborhood culture, a connected community, and new everyday experiences.

Family Day was an important reflection of this concept. We wanted residents from different projects to get to know each other in an informal setting and create shared experiences. At Kiketi Farm, we hosted more than 450 residents and their families. Throughout the day, various activities were organized, including children’s entertainment, recreational programs, and music performances. However, the true value of the day was bringing people closer together. For us, events like this are not one-time activities, but a part of building long-term relationships. We want people living in our projects to enjoy communication, connection, and mutual support.
