"Tetri Kvadrati on Shartava" is a modern residential complex located in one of the most in-demand and dynamic districts of Tbilisi—On Saburtalo, Shartava Street.

The location of the project is ideal for those who appreciate the vibrant rhythm of the city, comfortable commuting and close proximity to amenities necessary for comfortable everyday living. The project represents an interesting opportunity for those who plan to purchase real estate for investment purposes.

A wide variety of apartment layouts are tailored for different needs, designed for small families, students, large families, and investors.

Apartment sizes start from 62 sq.m, which provides residents with the opportunity for comfortable and functional space planning.

The complex is equipped with a backup generator, which ensures the uninterrupted operation of critical systems, such as fire safety systems,  drinking water pumps, elevators, emergency and evacuation lighting for the parking spaces, lobbies, common spaces, and courtyard.

The project includes both open air parking for common use and indoor parking spaces planned for the comfortable everyday life of the residents.

An important aspect of the project is its energy efficiency and quality of the living environment. Both outer and inner walls are constructed using thermal insulation blocks, which helps maintain optimal temperatures in the rooms and provides improved sound insulation.

Energy efficiency is also enhanced by double-glazed aluminum windows and doors, which create a comfortable, calm and cost-effective environment for living.
