About the project

The new large-scale project of the white square "Filigreen2" - a residential area is being built at 61 Danelia St.

 

The concept behind this project is to provide a serene escape in the heart of the bustling city, allowing residents to escape the urban hustle and find tranquility every evening when they return home.

 

"Filigreen2" is a place where people and nature coexist harmoniously. It comprises a total of six residential buildings, consisting of four 8-story and two 9-story structures. Each residential building offers between 43 to 60 residential apartments and various types of commercial or office spaces.

 

The design of this residential area is tailored to meet the needs of its future residents, catering to new families, renters, students, and large families alike. Residential apartments start at a minimum of 65 square meters in size.

 

Within the project's premises, there will be amenities such as playgrounds, sports fields, relaxation areas, and other facilities to enhance the quality of life for its residents
