The winner of an unprecedented giveaway by the development company White Square was awarded the keys to an apartment in a completed residential complex on Shartava Street during a festive event.

The opportunity to win an apartment was granted to customers who, between July 20 and September 20, purchased their desired apartment, commercial, or office space in one of the company’s projects and paid at least 20% of the total value. For every $1,000 paid, buyers received one raffle ticket, significantly increasing their chances of winning. Along with the property purchase, customers were given tickets which they personally placed into special raffle boxes located at the sales offices.

The winners were announced during a celebratory event attended by customers and invited guests alike.

White Square has been successfully operating in the development market for 5 years. Before announcing the winners, the company’s General Director, Giorgi Natroshvili, addressed the attendees, highlighting both the ongoing and completed projects that the company is successfully implementing. He also spoke about the purpose of the raffle, emphasizing that its sole aim was to ensure maximum satisfaction for the residents.

The day did not end with the apartment giveaway alone. Other attendees also got lucky — the company raffled off six $5,000 vouchers and three $10,000 vouchers.

The property awarded to the lucky winner through the raffle is located on the 13th floor of a completed complex on Shartava Street and has a total area of 71 square meters.
