“White Square” has secured USD 2.5 million in funding for the implementation of the “Filigrini 2” project.

“White Square” is a development company that is part of BK Holding and has been operating on the market for nearly six years. The developer’s portfolio includes 12 projects. Construction is carried out by “BK Construction,” the largest construction company within the same group, which has 30 years of experience.

 

White Square’s large-scale project, “Filigree 2,” is being developed in Tbilisi, in the Saburtalo district, on the road leading toward Nafetvrebi, at 61 G. Danelia Street. One of the project’s key advantages is its convenient urban location combined with a calm and comfortable residential environment.

 

“Filigree 2” comprises a total of six residential buildings, including four eight-story and two nine-story blocks. According to the project plan, each residential building accommodates between 43 and 60 apartments, along with various types of commercial and office spaces.

 

The concept of the new residential district on Danelia Street is tailored to the needs of future residents. Apartment sizes start from 65 sq. m. The project is progressing at a fast pace, and out of the existing 227 apartments, 213 have already been sold.

It is noteworthy that the leading development company has secured a credit facility of USD 2.5 million from the Bank of Georgia, which ensures the project’s stable and uninterrupted development.
