Dreams Really Do Come True — Even When We Least Expect Them

Sometimes life shows us miracles exactly when we stop believing in them.
This is how the story of Irina Sherbina, the winner of White Square’s apartment giveaway, began.

A woman with 46 years of teaching experience, Irina never imagined that her purchase in White Square would turn into such a stroke of luck — winning a 71-square-meter apartment on Shartava Street, in Saburtalo, through the company’s giveaway.

 

“What happened to me is beyond my wildest dreams.
I could never imagine that someone like me — a simple primary school teacher — could actually win an apartment,”
says Irina Sherbina, still overwhelmed with emotion.

The lucky winner of White Square’s giveaway was announced on September 27.
The rules were simple: anyone who had purchased a residential or commercial property in any White Square project and paid at least 20% of its value received a giveaway ticket, which they placed in a special box at the sales office. Every $1,000 equaled one ticket, giving participants a fair and real chance to win.

That’s how Irina learned about the giveaway and received her lucky ticket. She recalls she didn’t expect anything — she simply filled out the form because her manager, Ani, encouraged her to.

“Ani, our manager, gave me the tickets and said, ‘Please fill these out.’
I looked at them and said, ‘Ani, I don’t believe it. How could I possibly win an apartment?’
She insisted — ‘Please, Ms. Irina, just fill them out.’
So I did, dropped them in the box, and forgot about it,” Irina remembers with a smile.

What seemed like a simple gesture became an unbelievable reality — a moment filled with joy, gratitude, and disbelief, proving once again that dreams really do come true — even when we least expect them.
