"White Square" and BK Construction begin construction of the "Olympic Star" facility.

The development company "White Square" and the construction company BK Construction begin construction work on the "Olympic Star" site.

According to the terms of the contract, construction will be completed within three years, and after twelve years of waiting, about 400 affected families will receive their apartments.

The project is being implemented within the framework of a memorandum signed with the Tbilisi City Hall on June 23, 2020. The specified document, within the competence of the parties, provides for assistance in the completion of the construction in progress of Olympic Star LLC.

“There was supposed to be a residential building here, the construction of which should have been completed 13 years ago. The project was implemented by the Olympic Star company, however, for several reasons, the construction could not be completed, and the owners of the premises could not be satisfied. As soon as we came to the mayor's office and started exercising our powers, one of the primary tasks was to complete the unfinished facilities and find companies that could carry out this work. A few months ago, we signed a memorandum of cooperation on this site, and today all building permits have been issued for the company to start construction work. Within three years, this facility will be completed, and all families will be happy.” Kakha Kaladze mentioned.

The project is fully financed by White Square, and the construction and engineering support of the facilities will be carried out by the construction company BK Holding and BK Construction.

“I am pleased to inform you that the design work has been completed and we have already received a building permit. The completion of the construction of the Olympic Star is the most important process for us. We are aware of our commitment to the community and the city. Once again, we thank the Tbilisi City Hall and the initiative group for the vote of confidence. - mentioned Shota Berekashvili, managing partner of BK Holding.
